You may return unused items within 14 days of post-marked delivery to receive store credit or for an exchange.
You can request a store credit for a returned item if you don't want to exchange it or if the item you want to exchange it with is sold out. The store credit will be for the amount of the item you purchased previously and shipping costs will not be included in the store credit. Store credit will not expire.
To receive your store credit please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name you ordered under, we will send you a return label free of charge and you can print it and put it on your return package and place it in the outgoing mail. Once we get the package, we will process the return and send you your store credit within 1-3 business days!
- email us at email@example.com with your order number and name you ordered under. Let us know the name of what you want to exchange it with
- we will send you a return label free of charge to get it back to us
- once we receive your return, we will place a new order for the new item
- an invoice for the shipping cost will be emailed to you for $5
- once the $5 invoice is completed, an order will be created and sent out
Products purchased at a sale price or during a sale are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. No Excpetions.
